PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR TEE TIME:

  1. There is a facility layout at the bottom of this page for reference when choosing which simulator you’d like to book. We do our best to accommodate specific bay requests, X-Golf reserves the right to move bookings to any available bay. 

  2. Pricing is variable based on the time of day, and day of the week you booked for (see chart above). Please note that our booking system will always show a cost of $65 per hour per simulator booked. Your final charges will reflect the actual rates once your reservation is complete and you settle your final charges in the store.

  3. The last 5 minutes of your bay reservation are reserved for bay turnover if there is a customer booked immediately after you. Please help our staff provide outstanding customer service by vacating the bay 5 minutes prior to the top of the hour so that we can serve ALL of our customers efficiently. If it is your first time visiting X-Golf, please allow 5-10 minutes for orientation on your first visit.

  4. Late arrivals for appointments will be charged from the start of your scheduled reservation time.

  5. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge of $25. No-shows will be charged the entire bay rental rate equal to the time booked.
